Purpose

To report the outcome of consultation and consider
adoption of the Supplementary Planning Document.

Content

Cabinet: 

1)   
Considered the main issues raised in the public
consultation, agreed responses to the representations received, and
agreed proposed changes to the Health Impact Assessment SPD as set
out in the Statement of Consultation (Appendix A of this
report);

2)   
Subject to (1), adopted the amended Health Impact
Assessment SPD (Appendix B to the report); and

3)   
Delegated to the Joint Director of Planning in
consultation with the Lead Member for Planning the authority to
make any subsequent material amendments and editing changes to the
SPD prior to publication.

4)   
Agreed to formally revoke the South Cambridgeshire
Health Impact Assessment Supplementary Planning Document
(2011).
