consider Key Performance Indicators and progress in respect of the
Business Plan.

Content

It is
recommended that Cabinet:
 

a)   
Review the KPI results and comments at Appendix
A and progress against Business Plan actions at Appendix
B.

b)   
Recommend, where appropriate, any actions required
to address issues identified.

c)   
Note that a review of our KPIs is underway
(following member workshops in Q3) with 2025-26 KPIs to be
finalised as we move towards the new financial year.
