Civic
Affairs Committee agreed to recommend that Annual
Council:

1)   
Agree to adopt the proposed non-substantive changes
to the constitution outlined at Appendix A to the report, subject
to the amendment of “… When the Chair stands during a
debate …” to “… When the Chair stands
during debate, or indicates via another signal, …”
and

2)   
To authorise the Chief Executive to make the
necessary changes to the constitution.
