1)   
Agreed to commence a Community Governance Review to
group the parishes of Great and Little Abington based on the Terms
of Reference and draft timetable of the review at Appendices A and
C to the report.

2)   
Agreed without amendments the draft Terms of
Reference for the Community Governance Review as set out in
Appendix A to the report.

3)   
Agreed that officers could commence the review
process in line with the proposed timetable in Appendix C to the
report.

4)   
Agreed that final recommendations following the
review would be presented to Council for a final
decision.
