Purpose

The
purpose of this decision is to decline the funding request from
Bourn Parish Council for the purchase and planting of bulbs in the
village. While the Council aims to carry out this project in
collaboration with councillors and residents to enhance the local
area, the proposal does not meet the necessary qualifying criteria
for funding.
