Purpose

The
purpose of this decision is to provide funding to Over Day Centre
in support of their broader project to develop a garden area
featuring raised beds, pots, and planters for growing vegetables
and herbs. The produce will be used in their kitchen to prepare
meals for visitors, with any surplus shared with visitors, their
families and the local community. They will use Facebook to inform
the local community when produce is available for collection. The
funding will contribute towards the purchase of hardwood sleepers
to build growing beds.
