The Council (27 voting in
favour, 7 voting against, 0 abstaining from voting):
 
1.          
Approves the changes to the South Cambridgeshire
District Council Constitution as set out in Appendix A of this
report, with delegated authority for minor amendments to officers
in consultation with the relevant Executive Councillor.
 
2.          
Agrees that a review of the revised Scheme of
Delegation be undertaken in 12 months and a report prepared to
Planning Committee for consideration and action.
 
3.          
Agrees that the implementation of the changes to
Constitution commences from the new municipal year (on 22nd May
2025), and once the proposed changes being made to the City
Constitution as part of the review of governance arrangements have
also been agreed for implementation.
