a)   
The size of committees as set out in Appendix A to
the report.
b)   
The allocation of seats on committees as set out in
Appendix A to the report.
c)    
The nominations of the Political Group leaders to
seats on committees as set out in the Updated Appendix B to the
report.
d)   
The appointment of Chairs and Vice-Chairs of
committees as set out in the Updated Appendix C to the
report.
e)   
The Scheme of Delegation for 2025-26 as set out in
Appendix D to the report.
f)     
The re-appointment of Grant Osbourn as the
Council’s Independent Person and Gillian Holmes as the
Council’s Deputy Independent Person for a further two-year
term.
