Purpose

The
purpose of this decision is to fund Northstowe Cricket Club, to
deliver women’s cricket sessions. The women’s cricket
sessions will help participants stay active, learn a new sport,
provide more provision for women’s cricket in the district,
but also be an enjoyable and social space for women to play. The
sessions are for women of all abilities. The target audience is
18+. The grant funding is used to cover the costs of equipment
needed to play, as well as supporting somebody to complete a
cricket coaching certification to further support the sessions, and
future development for more training sessions. The application

Grant
sum awarded is £500.
