At their meeting on 28 August 2025, the Grants Advisory Committee reviewed a report setting out applications to the 2025/26 Zero Carbon Communities (ZCC) grant scheme. In line with the report recommendations, the GAC recommended that the following applications be awarded funding:

Reasons for the decision

All applications were considered by the Grants Advisory Committee (with the Lead Member for Resources present). The recommended awards will spend the total funding pot for 2025/26 (£152,000) plus a further £9,291.07, to ensure all projects scoring 77% or above were fully funded.
