subject to the planning conditions set out in the officer’s
report with minor amendments to the conditions as drafted delegated
to officers, including:

an amendment to condition 3 to include EV charging
locations;

an informative regarding the designation of parking
spaces;

an informative regarding routes for construction
vehicles and muck-away vehicles to leave the site from a southerly
direction; and
o  
an informative regarding the positioning of a tree
in the garden of plot 8 to avoid un-necessary shading of the patio
