Cabinet has approved the revised complaints policy, as set out
in Appendix A, so that it aligns with both the Complaint Codes of
the Housing Ombudsman and the Local Government & Social Care
Ombudsman. 
The Lead Member for Housing and the Deputy Leader have been
given delegated authority to approve any minor amendments to the
complaints policy.
