Cabinet has:
 

(a) 
Considered the capital programme bids for new
projects outlined at Appendix A and determined whether to approve
the new capital schemes. 
 
(b) 
Noted the revised capital programme for the period
2025/2026 to 2030/2031, at Appendix B for the General Fund and at
Appendix C for the Housing Revenue Account. These will be submitted
to Council as part of the budget submission in February
2026.
