unanimous vote of 9, the Committee approved listed building consent
be granted as per the officer recommendation subject to:
·      
The planning conditions set out in the
officer’s report; and
·      
The addition of an informative that materials be
repurposed / reused, with the specific wording of the informative
delegated to officers in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair
or Planning Committee.
