Decision

Cabinet has approved the Estate Services and Communal Areas Policy (Housing) as set out in Appendix A. The Lead Member for Housing has been given delegated authority to approve any minor amendments to the Policy.

Although this is a new Policy, it does not result in any change to existing operational practices; however, arrangements for the recording and monitoring of actions have been strengthened as part of the Policy development.
