Decision

Cabinet has:

a.    noted the outcome of the Faith and Community Land Allocation Process and directs officers to progress a leasehold agreement with the highest scoring bidder, Northstowe Church Network, for the award of the Phase 1 Faith and Community Land.

b.    Delegates the awarding of the Leasehold agreement with Northstowe Church Network and finalising the details of this agreement, to the Chief Operating Officer in consultation with the Lead Member for Healthy Communities.
