Decision

Cabinet has

a)    approved the Annual Complaints Report 2025/26 (Appendix A) and the Self-Assessment of the Complaints Handling Code (Appendix B); and

b)    agreed a formal response to the Annual Complaints Report as part of the Council’s submission to the Housing Ombudsman.
