Decision

By 10 votes in favour (Cllrs Anna Bradnam, Vivien Biggs, Ariel Cahn, Martin Cahn, Corinne Garvie, Chris Poulton, Peter Sandford, James Rixon, William Scantlebury and Amber Thomas) and 1 vote against (Cllr Heather Williams), the Committee noted the contents of the officer report and  

·       confirmed that no changes are made to the scheme of delegation dated 22 May 2025; and 

·       noted the potential for regulations (and accompanying guidance implementing the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025) to mandate a national scheme of delegation for planning decisions.
