Cabinet has approved the Pets Policy (Council Housing Stock) as set out in Appendix A. The Lead Member for Housing has also been given delegated authority to approve any minor amendments.

It should be noted that whilst this is a new policy, it does not change existing practice. It brings together current approaches into a clear and transparent framework, supporting consistent and fair decision?making rather than introducing new requirements or restrictions.
