Purpose

The purpose of this decision is
to fund The Ukrainian HAM Centre to organise an art session for 30
Ukrainian Adults in South Cambridgeshire. During the Art Session
the participants will be provided with painting kits and supplies
for decoration. The session will be run by a Ukrainian Artist.
Funding is for materials and refreshments.
