The Committee unanimously voted to
approve the application, contrary to the officer’s
recommendation laid out in the report from the Joint Director of
Planning and Economic Development. By affirmation, the Committee
agreed that the approval was subject to a number of conditions,
with officers delegated authority to produce the final wording in
consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair, and the completion of a
Section 106 agreement.
