The Committee agreed that a number of amendments were to be made to the
conditions and Heads of Terms, if the application was to be
approved.
 
By 7 votes to 3, the Committee approved
the application in accordance with the officer’s
recommendation, and subject to the conditions and completion of a
Section 106 agreement, as laid out in the report from the Joint
Director of Planning and Economic Development and amended by the
Committee.
