Purpose

To
respond to a government consultation on repairs to social rented
sector.
 
The
consultation follows the review of repairs, and it is seeking views
on implementation of Awaab’s law to deal with Housing Heath
Safety Rating System risks such as damp and mould. The consultation
seeks views on timescales to investigate and carry out
repairs.
