Purpose

The purpose of this decision is
to fund Cambridge Russian Speaking Society to organise their ESOL
Graduation Ceremony on 15th December 2023 where
approximately 100 Students will be celebrated on their success in
learning English. Funding will be used for venue hire 3 hours and Refreshments.
