Purpose

The purpose of this decision is
to fund Ukrainian HAM Centre to fund a Candle Making Master Class
for 31 South Cambs Guests. The Session is a 2-hour Fantasy
master-class in Aroma Wax Candle making, guided by an experienced
coach, where participants learn the art of blending scents and
hand-pouring soy wax candles to create unique Christmas-themed
creations. Materials and complimentary tea and coffee are also
included.
