Purpose

The
purpose of this decision is to fund The
Cambridge Russian-Speaking Society the costs
needed to provide a graduation ceremony for Students who attended
Council - funded ESOL lessons. The event will be attended by
approximately 154 people and the grant will fund venue hire,
refreshments, Ukrainian pies etc. Application Ref
