Decision

Cabinet has

a)    Reviewed Corporate Plan Progress (Appendix A), Operational Key Performance Indicator results (Appendix B) and Housing Tenant Satisfaction Measures (Appendix C).

b)    Recommended, where appropriate, any actions required to address points identified within Appendices A-C.

c)    Noted the details of the Operational KPI review at Appendix Bi and approve the proposed changes to KPI target and intervention levels for the KPIs identified at paragraph 14.
