Purpose

On 29
July 2024 the Grants Advisory Committee reviewed 20 Rural England
Prosperity Fund applications received. The applications were brought forward in Appendix A of the

meeting reports pack. Of
these, 11 were Business applications (listed in Part II of Appendix
A) and two of the Business applications requested funding amounts
of Level 3 value. This notice provides details of the decision
regarding the Business applications requesting Level 3
funding.
 
After
consideration of these applications, the Committee recommended to
the Lead Cabinet Member for Resources that:
 

1.    
Horningsea Community Interest Company (SFBMLNWT)
be approved and funded at the full amount requested
of £40,000.
 

2.    
Jacks Gelato (THKTVNXH) be deferred,
pending further information -please see the ‘Other
options considered and reasons for rejection’
section.
