Joint Meeting: Communities & Planning, Transportation and Strategic Environment Committees

This joint committee brings together members from the Communities & Planning, Transportation, and Strategic Environment Committees to discuss and consider matters that affect all three areas. Decisions are made by each committee voting separately if there are differing views. The Chair for each meeting is selected by the members present on the day. The outcomes and discussions from these joint meetings are then reported to the next scheduled meeting of each individual committee.
