The Kingswood, Staple Hill, Mangotsfield and New Cheltenham Community Engagement Forum (CEF) is a platform for local residents to voice their concerns and priorities. The forum works in partnership with agencies such as the police, fire service, public health, town and parish councils, and local organisations. It supports community engagement initiatives and seeks to improve the quality of life by identifying local aspirations and needs.
