To accept an allocation of £688,000 of Warm home grant funding and vary the Councils capital programme to reflect the impact of the grant funding.

The S151 has certified that there is no material impact on the Council's budget, as per delegation below:

Delegation made under Financial procedure rules, 3.8 Full Council, (g) Except where the Section 151 Officer certifies that there is no material impact on the Council’s budget, to approve receipt of any grant funding in excess of £500,000 and any necessary budget amendment.

Reasons for the decision

To accept the funding and allow for the Councils wider decision-making process to take place which will facilitate spending of the grant funding.

To not accept the funding
