Purpose

To consider a proposed change to an officer
director appointment

Decision

That the current senior officer
appointment as Director to Public Sector Partnership Services Ltd
for South Holland District Council (Richard Hodgson, Assistant
Director – Strategic Projects) be replaced by Jason King,
Assistant Director – Housing, from 1 February 2024
 
If this is agreed, it will then
enable the requisite notice in writing be given to the Company for
Richard Hodgson to resign from the Company Director post and for
Jason King to be formally appointed as a new Director.
