Decision

That under Section 113 of the Local Government
Act 1972 the Legal Manager (Deputy Monitoring Officer (Conduct and
Complaints) and Deputy Data Protection Officer) employed by East
Lindsey District Council and shared with Boston Borough Council, be
temporarily placed for the period up to 31 March 2025, at the
disposal of South Holland District Council for the purpose of its
functions.
