Decision

That following workforce consultation, and
having considered the feedback from the workforce and Policy
Development Panel, the Head of Paid Service implements phase 1.1 of
the terms and conditions review under delegation from Council. The
Portfolio Holder, Corporate, Governance and Communications has
supported this decision.
The HR policies relevant to this phase have been updated as
necessary.
