Purpose

To establish a two?year funding package (2026/27–2027/28) of £320,000, funded from reserves, to support local business and skills activity across Broadland through a combination of revenue and, where appropriate, capital interventions.

Decision

To approve the allocation of up to £250,000 from the approved funding envelope to continue delivery of the Broadland Business Builder Programme during 2026/27 and 2027/28

To approve the allocation of up to £100,000 from the Business Builder and Skills support funding to enter into a delivery partnership agreement with Norfolk County Council.
