Purpose

To approve the release of S106 funding to
Chinnor Parish Council.

Decision

To create a budget for
£76,641 from Section 106 contributions (S106) and
release funds to the Chinnor Parish Council towards
Chinnor’s wayfinding, signage and art trail project (phase
2): construction and installation of three bespoke artworks and
marker posts under 75(b) of council’s financial procedure
rules.
 
and to enter into a funding
agreement in the form of a Third Party Funding Agreement, with
Chinnor Parish Council and thereafter to release funds, in total as
one payment, subject to receipt of the signed third party funding
agreement.
