Decision

•         To
approve an additional £6,250 of Community Infrastructure Levy
(CIL) funding in addition to the £50,000 already agreed in
the provisional programme for 2023/24 to fund a Strategic
Partnership with Trust for Oxfordshire's Environment (TOE) which
cover’s TOE’s administration fee of 12.5%
 
•         To
approve the transfer of £56,250 from the provisional capital
programme to the approved capital budget programme to fund new
wildlife habitats, tree planting and improved access to the
countryside
