Decision

To create a budget for
£91,698 from S106 contributions and release funds, subject to
a legal agreement, to the Chinnor Rugby Football Club Limited for
the single storey extension to the existing clubhouse building at
Rectory Pavilion, Kingsey Road, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9
3JL.  Funds to be released, in total as
one payment, subject to receipt of the signed legal
agreement.
