2. To delegated to the Head of
Policy and Programmes, in consultation with the appropriate Cabinet
Member and in agreement with the Qualifying Body, Wallingford Town
Council, the making of minor (non-material) modifications, the
correction of any spelling, grammatical, typographical or factual
errors together with any improvements from a presentational
perspective.
