To create a budget for
£63,019 from section 106 contributions (S106) and release
funds to Watlington Parish Council towards Watlington ArtSpine (delivery phase) project under 75(b) of
council’s financial procedure rules.
and to enter into a funding
agreement in the form of a Third Party Funding Agreement, with
Watlington Parish Council and thereafter to release funds, in total
as one payment, subject to receipt of the signed third party
funding agreement.
