Purpose

To approve procurement of pantomime delivery
contract at Cornerstone.

Decision

RESOLVED:
That Cabinet
 
(a) 
Award a three-year contract (with an option to
extend for two 12- month periods) to Polka Dot Pantomimes Ltd to
deliver an annual Christmas Pantomime at Cornerstone Arts Centre
from December 2025.

(b) 
Delegate authority to the Head of Communities to
finalise the terms and enter a contract with Polka Dot Pantomimes
Ltd.
