Purpose

To create a budget and to approve a funding
award of £78,124 to Wallingford Sports Trust towards
provision of the installation of storage and floor refurbishment to
the Pavilion main hall, refurbishment of the main toilets and
improvement to drainage of the changing room showers at Wallingford
Sports Park from S106 contributions and to release the approved
funding subject to a third-party funding agreement.

Decision

To create a budget for
£78,124 from Section 106 contributions (S106) and
release funds to Wallingford Sports Trust towards the
Pavilion main hall improvements and refurbishment of
toilets and showers at Wallingford Sports Park, Hithercroft Road, Wallingford, OX10 9RB, under
Paragraph 75(b) of council’s financial procedure
rules.
 
and to enter into a funding
agreement in the form of a Third-Party Funding Agreement, with
Wallingford sports Trust and thereafter to release funds, in total
as one payment, subject to receipt of the signed third-party
funding agreement.
