Purpose
To enter into the an agreement with Alliance Leisure (as a single framework contractor) via the UK leisure framework for delivery of the Didcot Wave Learner Pool RIBA Stage 1-4.
Didcot Wave Leisure Centre – Decision to award a JCT consultancy/design contract covering Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Stages 1–4.
To approve the transfer of £900,000 from the provisional capital programme to the approved budget for Didcot Wave Learner pool project to deliver RIBA Stage 1-4.
Decision
To:
· Complete the compliant call-off process under the UK Leisure Framework;
· Award and enter into a call-off contract with Alliance Leisure Services Limited for RIBA Stages 1 and 2 of the Didcot Wave Learner Pool project; and
· Finalise and execute all associated contractual documentation, provided that the total contract value does not exceed £200,000 and is funded from the approved capital budget.
· Can only be exercised once the separate decision approving transfer of the £200,000 capital budget from the provisional to the approved capital programme has taken effect.
