Purpose

Award of S106 funding via delegated authority for two Landmark Art Features at Great Western Park, Didcot.

Decision

To create a budget for £75,078.00 from S106 contribution 08S35/11S21 and transfer funds internally for the ‘Landmark Art Features’ project at Great Western Park, Didcot under Para 74(b) of the council’s financial procedure rules.

To approve that the SODC Arts Development Officer can spend the S106 funds.  Finance will create a new capital cost centre for this project and advise when this has been set up.
