Purpose

To approve the use of £215,000 from the South Oxfordshire District Council’s Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Grant Scheme, as set out in the Council’s 2025/26 capital budget.

1. To approve the request from Dorchester Parish Council for £215,000 towards the redevelopment of the Dorchester Sports Pavilion
2. To transfer £215,000 from the provisional capital budget of £750,000 (scheme number P395 to the approved capital programme (scheme number A395).
3. To delegate to officers to enter into a funding agreement with Dorchester Parish Council that governs the release of CIL funds and sets out project monitoring and claw back clauses.
4. To release funds to Dorchester Parish Council, in total as one payment, in accordance with the funding agreement on receipt of the signed and sealed legal agreement.
