Purpose

To approve a funding agreement with Oxfordshire County Council for an additional Adult Occupational Therapy post.

Decision

To enter into a funding agreement between South and Vale and Oxfordshire County Council to fund an additional Adult Occupational Therapist (OT) post to support the improved delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants.

Under the agreement, funding of £75,000 per annum will be provided, with costs shared equally between South and Vale. Funding for the post will be met from the DFG capital reserves. The agreement will run for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for an additional year.
