Purpose

To award a contact for an Enterprise Resource Planning (Financial Management) System

Decision

To use the Government’s G-Cloud 14 Framework to award a three-year contract to Unit4 for Software as a Service provision of the Unit4 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application.  The contract is for a three-year period commencing 1 October 2026, with the option to extend for one-year.

The cost of the three-year initial contract period will be £356,520. The optional one-year extension would be at a cost of £118,840, making the total contract cost £475,360.  The costs will be shared equally with Vale of White Horse District Council.
