Purpose

To approve a funding award of £82,664.75 for Public Art projects in Thame - Elms Park and Cuttle Brook Nature Reserve and to release the approved funding through acceptance of conditions letter.

Decision

To create a budget for £82,665 from S106 contributions and release funds, subject to Acceptance of Conditions, to Thame Town Council for the Public Art projects in Thame - Elms Park and Cuttle Brook Nature Reserve under Para 75(b) of the council’s financial procedure rules.

To delegate the Director of Finance to issue an offer letter of funding to Thame Town Council on the terms detailed below and thereafter to release funds, subject to receipt of the signed funding conditions letter under Para 76(a) of the council’s financial procedure rules.
