Decision

To:
1)       approve the
acceptance of the Swimming Pool Support Fund Phase 2 grant of
£160,351 to solar photovoltaic (PV) panels at Thame Leisure
Centre.
2)       authorise the Head
of Development and Corporate Landlord to finalise the terms of and
enter into the funding agreement required to secure the
funding.
