£37,799 from one S106 contribution and release funds, subject
to a legal agreement, to the Morland House Surgery for the
conversion of dispensary area project at Morland Close, Wheatley,
OX33 1DP.
 
Funds to be released, in total
as one payment, subject to receipt of the signed legal agreement
and building control certification.
